Cub Scouts get the chance to try lots of different indoor and outdoor activities including cooking on fires, short hikes, games, and crafts. Cub Scouts participate in a balanced programme achieving badges that are worn on their uniform. Cubs are usually age 8 – 10½.
Cub Scouts get to go camping. This will means sleeping in a tent and doing loads of outdoor activities like kayaking, raft building and air rifle shooting.
We currently have two Cub Packs at Beacon Hill called the Eagles and Wolves packs. Each pack is split into Sixes, each Six will have a Sixer (leader) and a Seconder (Assistant). There are usually around 24 Cubs in each pack.
